Ive been fighting again.
When i purchased my product in May i PAID for it to be shipped at the end of May.
I checked it again at the end of June to see when my product will be arriving as i paid for tracking.
Come to find out that it was only sent out in the middle of June. So i log a ticket to find out why this has been done.
usual answers "you package will arrive in August just be patient"
NO, i paid for it to be sent earlier. " OK, we will ask the company where its coming from what went wrong", "sorry we are waiting for a reply". A week goes by and my ticket gets closed.
So i open a new ticket and ask to have the old ticket reopened and continue with my CASE. "Sorry sir you parcel will arrive in August" Why am i getting this answer again.
Please give me my money back ASAP. ive been asking for weeks, I paid for a service that I've not received. I'm past the 50 days that they said it would be delivered and the extra 2 weeks that they ask you to wait.
Its not like i spent alot of money but the fact is ive not received my package and the tracking has not been updated in over a month. Please return my money in full.
