Horrible service, baiting app and site. Easy payment, no communication, no tracking. Stays unshipped, no refund. After requested it wipes history of order.

Gearbest is a scam people dont buy from them i place a order on the 02 Jan 2012 and send 2 x messages to the seller when will my order be shipped no response at all today i ask gearbest about my order and was told i have to wait, i requested a refund and was told the seller will decide about a refund

Don't ever buy anything from Gearbest China, They send you the wrong item, and when you complain they say the product that you received is the product that was displayed/advertised and - that you received "this product" which you ordered.

Placed several orders nearly 7 months ago and not 1 has been delivered. Gearbest shifts all responsibility to their supplier. Their supplier is still silent... I have asked many times to rather cancel the orders and receive a refund. Gearbest ignores commenting on this request and asks for my patience by waiting up to 4 days for them to get back to me. I have waited 4 days many times without any response. Gearbest cannot be trusted at all. Once you have paid your money to them you are helpless and they know this!

Placed several orders nearly 7 months ago and not 1 has been delivered. Gearbest shifts all responsibility to their supplier. Their supplier is still silent... I have asked many times to rather cancel the orders and receive a refund. Gearbest ignores commenting on this request and asks for my patience by waiting up to 4 days for them to get back to me. I have waited 4 days many times without any response. Gearbest cannot be trusted at all. Once you have paid your money to them you are helpless and they know this!

Gearbest is a farce. Save yourself the headache from buying anything from them! Their service provision suck and the products they sell is junk! I bought a Lenovo Z5s an the phone stopped working, the phone is still ander warranty but the excuse is "sorry there are no parts, have a good day". That's it. And in my opinion Lenovo is way worse! Don't even get me started on them. I will never buy a single Lenovo product ever again.

Ive been fighting again. When i purchased my product in May i PAID for it to be shipped at the end of May. I checked it again at the end of June to see when my product will be arriving as i paid for tracking. Come to find out that it was only sent out in the middle of June. So i log a ticket to find out why this has been done. usual answers "you package will arrive in August just be patient" NO, i paid for it to be sent earlier. " OK, we will ask the company where its coming from what went wrong", "sorry we are waiting for a reply". A week goes by and my ticket gets closed. So i open a new ticket and ask to have the old ticket reopened and continue with my CASE. "Sorry sir you parcel will arrive in August" Why am i getting this answer again. Please give me my money back ASAP. ive been asking for weeks, I paid for a service that I've not received. I'm past the 50 days that they said it would be delivered and the extra 2 weeks that they ask you to wait. Its not like i spent alot of money but the fact is ive not received my package and the tracking has not been updated in over a month. Please return my money in full.
