I will never buy a single Lenovo product ever again
I recently bought the Lenovo Z5s smartphone and while I was at first satisfied with the product I immediately realised the are some issues that need customer assistance and care, OF WHICH THERE IS ZERO!! I continued to soldier along with the phone when it fell out of my pocket ( a hight of less than a metre) and it completely died! Doesn't even switch on! I have been in contact with Gearbest, the site from which the phone was purchased and a multitude of Lenovo "supposed" service/care centers.. It's like talking to a brick. So if you are going to buy a Lenovo product or a product from Gearbest, go for it, but don't expect any help service or even a humane response from them.

Gearbest and Lenovo suck.
Gearbest is a farce. Save yourself the headache from buying anything from them! Their service provision suck and the products they sell is junk! I bought a Lenovo Z5s an the phone stopped working, the phone is still ander warranty but the excuse is "sorry there are no parts, have a good day". That's it. And in my opinion Lenovo is way worse! Don't even get me started on them. I will never buy a single Lenovo product ever again.
