Ive been fighting again. When i purchased my product in May i PAID for it to be shipped at the end of May. I checked it again at the end of June to see when my product will be arriving as i paid for tracking. Come to find out that it was only sent out in the middle of June. So i log a ticket to find out why this has been done. usual answers "you package will arrive in August just be patient" NO, i paid for it to be sent earlier. " OK, we will ask the company where its coming from what went wrong", "sorry we are waiting for a reply". A week goes by and my ticket gets closed. So i open a new ticket and ask to have the old ticket reopened and continue with my CASE. "Sorry sir you parcel will arrive in August" Why am i getting this answer again. Please give me my money back ASAP. ive been asking for weeks, I paid for a service that I've not received. I'm past the 50 days that they said it would be delivered and the extra 2 weeks that they ask you to wait. Its not like i spent alot of money but the fact is ive not received my package and the tracking has not been updated in over a month. Please return my money in full.
I ordered a 3d printer part and the part has not arrived in the 7 - 35 "work" days that i paid for. I did purchase tracking and insurance. Now they want me to wait an additional 55 days because banggood.com guarantees it will be delivered by then. Im fighting with them to get my money back. We will see where that goes. Hello. I have a long fuse and now its gone. I applied for Fresh start Law to remove my case and was promised it would be completed within 3 - 6 months (This was April 2017). I have been moved from person to person around the company (I'm on my 6th person that is working with my case). I've had so many promises and deadlines that weren't met I find it hard to trust them anymore. DON'T TRY LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR YOUR ACCOUNT MANAGER TO GET BACK TO YOU, HOLD UNTIL YOU GET THAT PERSON. I've left countless messages and not once have I got a call back. I've even logged many, many call backs on their automated system (I've have less than ten call me). So now we are on the end of July 2018. I've been promised an update my Monday (im not holding my breath) on whats happening with my case, that was reapplied for in Jan 2018 and promised an answer by end of Feb 2018. Cough... we are at the end of July now. Unfortunately for me i had to turn down 4 huge job opportunities because of them taking so long and all Fresh Start Law can say, "we can't push the government because they may just decline the application" or "we are still waiting for paperwork". I'm at the end of my rope and extremely unhappy with the length of time this is taking after all the nice promises of 3-6 months from when i paid them. I know my case may not be the easiest but a definite answer should've come up by now. If i do get a answer by Monday i will comment down below.
I was a good client of Big 'n tall in 2082 Randview Drive, Ferndale Ext. 9, 2194, Until now. At the end of October 2017 i bought 4 pairs of jeans and 1 pair of Chinos at their high price. (i pay for quality). By the Middle of Jan they had started splitting through the fabric. (not the stitching). If the stitching broke i would gladly fix it because it saves me time. So I went back to Big 'n Tall, spoke to the guys on the floor and they all said that there was issues with the fabric. They spoke to the boss and he decided to replace them. I was back 2 weeks later with the same issue. Unfortunately for me they ripped while i was playing league tenpin bowling. Everyone saw my underwear they ripped so bad. Before you say anything, I've been playing for 5 years in Big 'n Tall Jeans and the quality was amazing. Jeans would wear through the fabric in a year or two, that you could see holes, before they ripped. I had no problems with that. So I went back but the boss was not there. I dropped off 5 pairs of pants to be replaced and 1 pair of the 4 year old Jeans needed pockets. So i went back the following week and apparently the boss tried to get hold of me (no missed calls on my phone). He was not there again. Fortunately we managed to get him on the phone. He then started to get very arrogant with me. I told him his fabric is rubbish and he needs to make a plan to pick up his product again to the quality i had. He then decides to take it up a notch and gets angry with me. Telling me (in short) that there is nothing wrong with the fabric, that it is my fault and he will not replace them. I said ok fine if you not going to sort out the issue please give me my money back. His answer shocked me, he said "take your money and never come back to my shop". I then answered with that's fine because i can't buy clothing at those prices if they wont last. The staff were shocked to here that he told me never to come back. I assume because they don't get much business and are struggling. Big 'n Tall will never see my business again because of the boss and quality. The people that work in front are amazing but the boss needs to wake up. So i went searching for a new place. I found it and they are R150 cheaper per Jean and charge R60 for the tailoring
<p>I waited 2 hours for the meal i ordered online to arrive.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called them after an hour i called them and they promised me that the driver was on his way (I stay not 2km from them). 20 min later i called again and I then asked for the manager. She at this point could not get hold of the driver. The Driver appeared 20min later. As he pulled the meal out of his black bag i checked the DOT and it was Black (if its Black you dont pay "Debonairs Promise". So i said thank you for my free meal and i started walking inside. the driver then started to follow me asking for the money. i told him the dot was black and to please not walk on my property or i will call the SAPS. he begged some more while i walked off but he did stay outside while my gate closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then the manager phoned me again and appologised for the delay. She then asked if she could please send hot food. to which i quickly asked how long will it take and would i have to pay for it. She then had the nerve to say YES i would have to PAY for it. All i could do from not going crazy at this point was to tell her that they have lost a Customer. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
