You will see my diagnosis report from them

Interesting people there. They don't know their diagnosis report should include GEARBOX. 2 weeks ago I send car for diagnosis of gearbox because of noise inside. Get a quotation of 27k and guaranteed to fix. Too risky to continue, so decide to leave. Paid 750 for their diagnosis and asked for report. Report says only DTCs, Nothing related to GEARBOX at all. The reception said this is the only report if I don't agree to open the gearbox. It seems like they gave me the quotation and guaranteed to fix but they don't know what the problem is yet.
