Interesting people there. They don't know their diagnosis report should include GEARBOX. 2 weeks ago I send car for diagnosis of gearbox because of noise inside. Get a quotation of 27k and guaranteed to fix. Too risky to continue, so decide to leave. Paid 750 for their diagnosis and asked for report. Report says only DTCs, Nothing related to GEARBOX at all. The reception said this is the only report if I don't agree to open the gearbox. It seems like they gave me the quotation and guaranteed to fix but they don't know what the problem is yet. The report attached for reference in their google reviews. my car's details is removed by myself.
frustrating to cancel my expired bundle when I donot need and no way to go their stores. call center line is busy and expensive. no solution from their website and apps. intentionally make it difficult for people and no respectable company at all.
I sent my car to them in Oct 2016 and it got "fixed" two months later. The big fan for cooling was damaged and can not be mount to the car. They called me once and said they would fix that. But it was hanging there when I got it back. Also big noise from turning wheels, which it is bacuse the rubber part on the axles not in the position. Ok it was simple and I fixed. BUT the gearbox still have the same issue. I took back to them again 1 month later and they told it was fine and fixed. I am happy not to waste more time with them to argue because I know they will have a lot of excuses as well. I am not an expert but a driver. I know exactly what I was driving. Recently I got a machenic to fix the problem and he told me the gear oil inside is very bad and not the same standard as it should be, because it is much more expensive. And the volvo body in the gearbox has to be rebuilt. But it was rebuilt totally before by Mayfair. He said it was very common problem and it should be cure permanently and immediately if they did. Ok I am not an expert, but if the oil inside is the cheap one, I don't expect too much from these guys. Just leave them a little bit far.
This time is for Markro Online. This is the first time to order online with them. I was expected one simple transaction can be done quicker because of the development of technology. Placed the order last Tuesday, and today is Wednesday. nothing yet. worst online services. Don't want to waste time to contact them any more like last time. Deliver or not, whatever. Two years ago I bought a box of canola oil, and then I found 4 sunflower oil inside. Contact them and ask me to take back to replace, which means I have to spent 1~2 hours with them and spent extra R100 for fuel. of course I refused and asked for refund. And of course no reply from them afterwards. Here was the person I talked to 0112089000 Khanyi. I don't know how you feel if you have something like this, but I was upset for the fraud and disappointed on such a big company.
I rent a small office with Business Center and was quite happy until it was purchased by Regus this year. Their staff change rate is tremendous high. Every time I have to deal with different people in the same position. Double charged twice, no apologies, no refund for their mistakes; Debit order and EFT changed rendom without notification; Account changed without notification and then they said they sent an email which NOT RECEIVED. Paid three times to wrong account and they confirmed but without notified account changed. Still get bills after moved out two months, and nobody wants to help with refund. Finanlly said they cannot respond why their team did not remind people about the account thing. And still struggling to get refund, and have to pay extra R500 for their mistakes to Business Center. I bought a car from her, and then it became a nightmare. The temp permit expired 3 times and it will expire again tomorrow.
