Absolutely disgusting service from both Geforce & Huge Telecom. I signed a contract with Geforce after their rep Max Nakoma promised me that it would be cheaper and more efficient than Telkom. Even told me that they would deal with cancelling my contract with Telkom and that it would be quick & hassle free. From the minute their machines entered both my office and my home, there were problems. The phone line connection at the office was terrible. The internet did not work at all at my hme and when I called to complain about my home, the lady on the other end had the audacity to tell me that the connection was just slow because I was overusing. How do you overuse what you do not have? After about 3 months, I started receiving invoices from Telkom telling me that my account was being handed over due to non payment. When I called Geforce, I was told that Max was not authorized to make the kind of promises that he did to me and he is no longer with the company. I will basically have to pay or meet Telkom in court. Telkom had never received my notice cancellation. When I asked for my contract with Geforce, I was told that as my contract was for 36 months, I had to pay cancellation fees and admin fees, and, and... I do not understand why it is that I am liable for the payment of this contract and they do not feel the need to give me the service that they promised me in that same contract

In 2017 we signed up with Geforce along with the Rental Company. Staff were pleasant enough, but these companies knew what exactly they were doing. We were asked if we were satisfied before the technicians had left the building. What could we say but yes, so far we are happy. Within days our battle began. Long story short, we were so stitched up we couldn't get out of the contract. We discovered we had been supplied the cheapest equipment on the market at an inflated 400% + price. Which became in part defunct after 2 years.

In 2017 we signed up with Geforce along with the Rental Company. Staff were pleasant enough, but these companies knew what exactly they were doing. We have been dealing with Geforce for more than a year, we were promised the same as what we had with telkom. 2 Lines, and internet @ a minimum of 10mbps. For 1 year we have tried to get our internet requirements met, and are consistently ignored, and they blame it on Rain. Not my problem. Our speed today is 0.1 mbps, as it is most days. Upload speed is 0. My business is suffering, There are no contactable email addresses that work. These guys are linked to Huge Telecom and they are just as bad.

We have been dealing with Geforce for more than a year, we were promised the same as what we had with telkom. 2 Lines, and internet @ a minimum of 10mbps. For 1 year we have tried to get our internet requirements met, and are consistently ignored, and they blame it on Rain. Not my problem. Our speed today is 0.1 mbps, as it is most days. Our Company has been trying to have our Wi-Fi sorted out by GeForce for a year now, when we moved to our new premises they where to access the premises and ensure we would be sufficiently covered by Wi-Fi, which they did not do, since we moved in it has been a constant problem. they came and assess the problem in November and quoted us for the Wi-fi extenders and we had to pay before it would be ordered, now 2 months down the line no communication from them at all, we cannot get hold of Olivia that is supposedly handling the account. there is absolutely no way we can get hold of her as she won't take our calls and she won't call back. GeForce is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
