We Opened an account with FNB at New market, We verified the details, as I had an account with FNB before, I had to Change my details, Today they called the incorrect number (my daughter) to arrange for delivery of my bank card. she told them she could give them my number and address to get get hold of me, they would not take any information from them Sigting the poia act. I called the DSV call centre to try and resolve the issue, this could not be done, they transferred me to the FNB card division where I was shunt from pillar to post and got no help, I then called the Card devision my self to try an resolve the issue. once more being told they cannot help me I need to go into the bank to resolve the issue, Wasting another day to resolve something that could be done via the phone, Having been ****med before I do not use any banking app on my phone. I won't speak to a chat bot or computer. this is so frustrating that FNB is such a big bank in South Africa Yet They have the most Incredible rude and unhelpfull staff and bank services. GO TO Capitec you will never have any issues at all
Our Company has been trying to have our Wi-Fi sorted out by GeForce for a year now, when we moved to our new premises they where to access the premises and ensure we would be sufficiently covered by Wi-Fi, which they did not do, since we moved in it has been a constant problem. they came and assess the problem in November and quoted us for the Wi-fi extenders and we had to pay before it would be ordered, now 2 months down the line no communication from them at all, we cannot get hold of Olivia that is supposedly handling the account. there is absolutely no way we can get hold of her as she won't take our calls and she won't call back. GeForce is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
