I have been with this Online Academy for more than a year and have no issues with them at all. Both my children are enrolled with them and they enjoy the classes very much. We would recommend Gen Z Cyber Academy to anyone who's looking for an online education platform. Engagement from the parent's side is crucial and discipline from both sides needs to be maintained at the highest possible standard. Proud parents and learners from Ge Z Cyber Academy!

The extracurricular Activities such as esports are amazing and so is the teacher but when it comes to classes it is mixed the only problem is the teacher Marentia Camacho she is always looking into student's camera and seeing what they are doing one student was laughing and the teacher asked why and she marks people who are unable to put they're camera on absent.

Had two kids enrolled with them at the beginning of the year, I had to remove my eldest doing grade 4 at the end of the second term because they kept changing teachers literally every second day, the math teacher kept changing and when they finally had a stable teacher, the teacher was not following any curriculum, so I removed the child because it was just a mess, and at some point the class had over 30 kids. The younger child doing grade R is constantly bul**** by the teacher and upon reviewing the video recording it can be clearly seen that there are favorites in the class, the teacher will be communicating in Afrikaans during the English class and having side communications with the preferred kiddos in Afrikaans. Last straw was when the teacher made false accusations about my child and then proceeded to bully her by ignoring her for the rest of the lesson. It was painful to watch on the class recordings. The principal is non responsive so complaining is useless

My child doesn't get to explain why she misses her assignments, she missed one due to a family emergency and the teachers never let her explain in class why it didn't happen. The teachers are also very rude. For example, some teachers pick favourites and treat other students differently, and when we address this problem to the admins we get ignored. Exam sheets are very unorganised. The principal doesn't check the exam sheets. Nor does she help to do anything to fix things!! DO BETTER!

Not happy with the way the school just changed class sizes, without discussing it with parents or teachers. It was stipulated that the classes would not be more than 18 in a class. My child is now in a class of 32 plus children. This has taken away the interaction and personal touch with each child. It is sad to hear a teacher saying she cannot get through all the children because the class is too big. I have messaged the principal numerous times and do not get an answer.

The teachers are good at this online, but keep in mind the accounts department has no clue on how to run that department. You will be told one amount and billed another. The owner will not listen to your query or resolve it. They never answer the phones. They very hard on the kids.no assistance. Exams sheet are not checked by the principal so alot of mistakes on them. They charge a registration fee every year even if you with them and hidden fees protoio fees! Just a heads up.with some of the issues. But with all schools there is issues. Also they are behind on curriculum but they pushing to catch up due to the mess up from there side.
