I had minor damage to my vehicle. Outsurance arranged with Ger-matic to fix my car. I made an arrangement with Ger-matic that I will pay my access, they will order the parts and I will book in the car only when the parts are available on the floor. I was phoned and told that the parts are available on the floor and that I can bring in my car on 16/09/2019. On 18/09/2019, I phoned to check on the progress of my car, I was told that my car was disassembled and that they ARE AWAITING the delivery of parts for my car. After a huge fight I was told that the wrong parts were delivered -SURELY THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO CHECK THE STOCK BEFORE INFORMING THE CLIENT??????? This little mistake is costing me a lot!!!! Ger-matic is also acting as if it is the clients fault! I will be cancelling my policy with OUTsurance due to the treatment I received from their service provider!!
