I just spoke to the lady at GERMATIC (Christine). She confirmed that all parts just arrived - except for 2…the grill and plate. I want to know WHEN these parts were ordered? Surely, you cannot be telling me after FOUR WEEKS, going for FIVE WEEKS, you waiting on these parts? This is the part that’s most obvious that got damaged in the accident and should’ve been one, if not the FIRST part to order. Why can they not escalate this issue with the “supplier”, is what goes BEYOND frustration!!!! And NO…as much as I am stranded for transport, I WILL NOT DRIVE A CAR THAT IS NOT FULLY FIXED!!! IMAGINE!!! SOMEONE HAS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR NON-COMPLIANCE AND I WANT TO KNOW WHERE THE DELAY WAS!!!!

Being involved in an accident is never n great experience, and then there is the Insurance Companies that for most of the time is problematic. I requested my Insurance Company to have have my vehicle repaired at Ge-Matic Autobody based on a friends recommendation, and from the first moment I was absolutely impressed with their service. Their customer care was excellent. What impressed me more was the quality of their work. They are precise in their work and do not cut corners. If you want a cheap and fast panel-beater, don't bother as they provide excellence. To Corrie, Sshantel, John, Christine, all the Technicians and the Ladies from the wash bay, I am thankful for a superb job done on my vehicle. Keep up the good work!

Dishonest business practices, this was regarding an insurance claim. Ger-Matic Autobody provided a quote to the insurance, but when asked to honor this quote after insurance payout they came up with a different more expensive value, saying that the initial quote was for the insurance and they don't need to honor it when the car is brought in as the cost is 33% more. Be careful when and check that all your amounts add up with deciding that you want to use this company.

I had minor damage to my vehicle. Outsurance arranged with Ger-matic to fix my car. I made an arrangement with Ger-matic that I will pay my access, they will order the parts and I will book in the car only when the parts are available on the floor. I was phoned and told that the parts are available on the floor and that I can bring in my car on 16/09/2019. On 18/09/2019, I phoned to check on the progress of my car, I was told that my car was disassembled and that they ARE AWAITING the delivery of parts for my car. After a huge fight I was told that the wrong parts were delivered -SURELY THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO CHECK THE STOCK BEFORE INFORMING THE CLIENT??????? This little mistake is costing me a lot!!!! Ger-matic is also acting as if it is the clients fault! I will be cancelling my policy with OUTsurance due to the treatment I received from their service provider!!

Having spent a full month \fixing\" a side-skirt, windscreen and exhaust, i finally received my vehicle with defects it did not have before. My car could not lock anymore, the belly pan had missing panels, some bolts were missing on the undercarriage. I took the car back, although the car can lock now, its still not done right. The manager of the place personally gave me my car keys and said everything was perfect.<br> <br> My car came back with an average fuel consumption of 12L/100, normally averaging 9L/100. My tyre had a big bubble on the side and the pressure was 2 bar. It looks to me like someone had a lot of fun at my expense with my vehicle. Needless to say this necessitated me changing my tyres @ R2500 each(run flats)<br> <br> These guys are hugely incompetent or just did not take me seriously enough to do what they were paid to "
