I just spoke to the lady at GERMATIC (Christine). She confirmed that all parts just arrived - except for 2…the grill and plate. I want to know WHEN these parts were ordered? Surely, you cannot be telling me after FOUR WEEKS, going for FIVE WEEKS, you waiting on these parts? This is the part that’s most obvious that got damaged in the accident and should’ve been one, if not the FIRST part to order. Why can they not escalate this issue with the “supplier”, is what goes BEYOND frustration!!!! And NO…as much as I am stranded for transport, I WILL NOT DRIVE A CAR THAT IS NOT FULLY FIXED!!! IMAGINE!!! SOMEONE HAS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR NON-COMPLIANCE AND I WANT TO KNOW WHERE THE DELAY WAS!!!!
Good day Outsurance I am HIGHLY disappointed at the level of service I am receiving…or rather NOT RECEIVING from OUTSURANCE….PATHETIC!!!! NO COMMITMENT…NO COMMUNICATION unless you first have to jump from the roof…NO URGENCY…NO EMPHATHY!!! I had an accident on 9th November 2025 and my car was towed same day. Very short history as I don’t have any energy nor the faith that anyone will even give ear to my FRUSTRATION!!! My car was sent to GERMATIC for repair…it is now FOUR WEEKS and I am still waiting!!! After THREE WEEKS for no response from your company, I called in on 1st December 2025 and spoke to one of your consultants (who has NO client service skills) and I asked to be escalated to the Manager.I sent email and someone by the name of LYNNETTE DYANTYI responded…also just as USELESS – she sent an email back…to reassure me that she will provide feedback by Friday, 5th December 2025…and to date…NOTHING. I called in this morning again…requesting for her…till now…NO SHOW!!! THIS IS PATHETIC!!! I called Gematic myself whereby the lady told me they still waiting on parts. This is ridiculous!!! FOUR WEEKS!!! Then…your 30 day for rental car…Is it working days???? Cos now your company is very quick to send me message to say I have to take the car back on10 December 2025. I got the rental car on 10 November 2025. I have planned leave with my family….WHAT ARE WE TO DO??????? See emails attached…should anyone even BOTHER to pay attention to this!!!
