German Solar Services - Fault finding
Wolf is a rude man that acts if he knows everything, but complains more than providing solutions. Wolf was hired for fault finding. Wolf could not get the kodak inverter's software to run on his laptop and the app, which is the most important part of monitoring a solar system according to him. Wolf then made manual changes on the system and left without double checking his settings. Our whole solar system malfunctioned and we needed to get the previous installer to get the system working again.

Wolf German Solar Services - Scammed
In October 2020 - owner Wolf was requested to complete the 10KW solar installation. The system ran for a few hours, me thinking everything was fine I paid him in full. Subsequently the system crashed that evening! He's blaming everyone else beside himself - although there was just him & the so called "certified solar electrician" Justice that did the installation, no one else touch the system. Just excuses upon excuses. Both new inverters blew after they were changed, apparently they were incorrect inverters - all equipment were supplied by him. He then claims that those inverters were also incorrect & he has to re-wire the entire layout. He claims to know everything...obviously not! He is arrogant, has an attitude, with just excuses upon excuses. After spending close to R150K on my system with him, it still does not work. He refused to fix his mess-up!!!

After weeks of struggling to contact the original supplier of our solar system we found Germans Solar on the internet - The system was rectified on the same day very efficiently. A professional explanation on what was happening was given to us and we understand the system now. They helped us despite the system was not purchased from them. Thank you very much
