German Solar Services - Fault finding

Wolf is a rude man that acts if he knows everything, but complains more than providing solutions. Wolf was hired for fault finding. Wolf could not get the kodak inverter's software to run on his laptop and the app, which is the most important part of monitoring a solar system according to him. Wolf then made manual changes on the system and left without double checking his settings. Our whole solar system malfunctioned and we needed to get the previous installer to get the system working again.

8ta Mobile Telkom not apart of modern society

Good day I've been using the R1800 data bundle of telkom mobile the past few months. I've noticed that when I download updates for my ps4 during the night that my day time data is still being used. When I called the call centre, they informed me that 3 months ago they've change the night time from 23:00 - 05:00 to 00:00 to 07:00. They've also informed me that you must manually log out and log in again at 00:00 to switch to night time data. This is pathetic for a modern time company because firstly, you must stay up to 12 to switch over, although you've set your devices to start downloading from 00:00 AUTOMATICLY. Secondly, this is pathetic because in modern society, things are made to switch over automatically, but not with 8ta mobile. This shows that 8ta is either incompetent or their using fine print (scamming you as consumer). So when using 8ta mobile, make sure you read the fine print (which they change when they want to) and know that they are behind when it comes to modern programming Regards Martin Heap
