On the 28.12.2018, attending to a prospective client (be suspect now that this client is part of this scheme) we have be held hostage and robbed by 5 to 6 alleged Police officers in Vereeiging, Evaton. One officer wearing SAPS uniform. We have been robbed of all our bank cards and the PIN numbers being extorted from me and my wife which if in a traumatised state at this moment. At the end of the about 2 hour ordeal, one of the alleged offices drove us in our car to a main road R553 and instructed us to go straight home and not turn anywhere. At this point I felt to be lucky that we where alive and had still our car.. At our return home to Randburg we went to the Police station - I can not describe the feeling. At this point I am actually afraid to lay a charge as this may possible make us a target. Any advise we can get from this forum will be appropriated - I really do not know where to turn to at this point and time in this country
After weeks of struggling to contact the original supplier of our solar system we found Germans Solar on the internet - The system was rectified on the same day very efficiently. A professional explanation on what was happening was given to us and we understand the system now. They helped us despite the system was not purchased from them. Thank you very much
Question: Who is providing 24/7 support and repair services to our client - the NRCS or we Who is holding spare part consignments in conjunction with customs which we need to service our clients: The NRCS Who is protecting our customers? We do not the NRCS Who is driving big BMW's and Mercedes Benz - NRCS not we We have tried to register for 8 month now: any reply or response? NO Who is adding to unemployment: The NRCS - we had to lay off 4 employees - all breadwinners Who brings electricity to to rural areas? NRCS or companies like us - we do The worst part: NOBODY DOES ANY THING ABOUT THIS!!!!! Sad but fact
Reports that NRCE destroys substandard goods is NONSENSE. In our business we have to check the competition regularly - specifically various China Malls. All substandard goods are still for sale there and they do nothing but ruining small and medium - very responsible companies - this is a totally useless organisation
TNT completely incompetent of clearing for incoming goods. Mr. Sithembiso Nkosi initiated a clearing procedure which is completely inappropriate for this consignment as it does not require NRCS approval. It is a simple consignment of spare parts. All information which goods require NRCS LOA are freely available on the NRCS web site. Mr. Nkosi has not idea or knowledge about this and therefore can not provide a reasonable explanation to customs. This is not the first time we had problems with TNT Express and we advise not to use them under any circumstances. We employ a professional clearing agent and forwarder and even their advice is ignored by Mr Nkosi.Due to known fraud and corruption case our shipping agent requires a LOA to handle and clear our consignments. TNT does not have this authority from us but they still initiated a process which may result in the loss of our consignment. TNT's action impact our service delivery to our clients, not only our business operations.
Service discontinued by VODACOM - Therefore NO PAYMENT WILL BE MADE This occurs EVERY month My number uses 20MB data - SIM IN NOT EVEN INSERTED IN A PHONE HOW CAN I USE 20MB DATA??????? This number/service is checked every month as invoice arrives. If service is active, payment will be made. If NO SERVICE, no payment will be made I have tried my best to solve this issue with VODACOM - but ignorance is KING at this company Vodacom Ref: No. 1- ********** ********** and 1- ********** **********

No: I ********** The service has been suspended by VODACOM - Therefore I have suspended payment for this invoice as well. I have submitted account payment POP for last month to your accounts department with POP attached. If it is not to much effort for you, you can notify me when service is available again so I can continue prmt payment. regards I **********
....... continuation of previous review ......... I actually received a call from somebody at VODACOM Guess what? ......... They do not like the explanation, they simply hang up ........ Everything else is "no reply" harassment SMS's- otherwise I think I am speaking in chinese .......
To all as witness: DESPITE REGULAR PAYMENT SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED AGAIN on the 2.9.2018 THEREFORE PAYMENTS WILL BE SUSPEND AS WELL AGAIN. This is the continuation from 13/14 December 2017 - The same has happened then. Luckily the Debit order authorisation has been canceled in November 2017 due to misuse by VODACOM and they can "not help themselves" to my bank account any more as done in 2017. This is a sad but true story for a company of the caliber of VODACOM
Due to renewed threats of "service disruption" despite all payments made - documents proving this will be send to Accounts department by courier as no other sensible communication with VODACOM is impossible. This time I will take this matter to court
