No service, no refund

I had an event on 13 June 2015 and Arno Southey (Magician//DJ/Karaoke) did not pitch up. The event was a disaster as the guests sat in silence starring at each other. After many phone calls, emails and pleading, Arno Southey Gero sound refuses to pay my money back. R 1 120.
