I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. The technical team told me that the amplifier I wanted was to powerful for the subs I installed and gave me a smaller amplifier...two weeks late the amplifier malfunctioned. I took it in for repairs on the 6th of December 2022 and went back today to collect only to find it missing. No one knows where it is. When the owner found out about the consulting he said the amplifier was to small and was not the right fit. Yet he wants to give me a smaller amplifier for a retainer until they find mine...day light robbery...

I searched for a Nacon PS4 Revolut Unlimited Pro Controller and found this amazing prize R1 940,00 at Sound Experience. Of course I first read the reviews on their website and phoned them to confirm that the product was still available at that amazing price. It was. I immediately paid and ordered the Controller and immediately received a email from Sound Experience Online Store confirming the order and confirming it is being processed. Also Mr Robert McGill saying if I experience any problems with the order I should contact him. Delivery will be done within 3-5 days. On the 3rd day we were already looking for the courier. However on Friday still not but emails from courier company. Friday 17/09/2021 13:19 I sent my 1st email to Mr Robert McGill complaining that we have not received anything. At 14:53 M Tebogo phoned apologizing for the delay and explained they contacted the courier company and we will receive Controller on Friday. Much later we phoned the courier service and learned it will only be delivered on Monday. On Saturday 18/09/2021 12:55 I again sent an email to Mr Robert McGill about the situation. Sunday morning 7:55 I received a call from Ceaser Fastway Couries confirming delivery of the Controller. We received the Controller 19/09/2021 11:04. I would like to thank Mr Robert McGill (Sound Experience Entertainment) for excellent customer service. I will definitely do online shopping with Sound Experience in the future.

I booked Arno Southey for DJ services for my daughter's birthday party in August 2015. I paid the deposit and I confirmed with him on the morning of the party that he would be there the afternoon which he confirmed. He however did not arrive and I was forced to get someone else in to DJ for my daughter. I want my money back that paid as well as the money it cost me to get another company to assist.

My twins were having a party at school and Arno was meant to do the balloons. He did not pitch and refuses to do a refund.<br> <br> Please stay away from this crook. <br> <br> I am shocked that he is getting away with stealing people's money.<br> The nerve of this thief.

I had an event on 13 June 2015 and Arno Southey (Magician//DJ/Karaoke) did not pitch up. The event was a disaster as the guests sat in silence starring at each other. After many phone calls, emails and pleading, Arno Southey Gero sound refuses to pay my money back. R 1 120. I have a music school and my students wanted some new backtracks. So I saw this advert on Facebook and have a long discussion with this guy. I confirm all the backtracks I wanted to order with him and make the payment into his bank account. I have ordered 20 backtracks and only received two backtracks until today. Everyday I ask him and he said he will send them. But until today I haven't receive anything. It is also the parents who pay for the tracks and now I must explain to them... Please help!
