Since 26 August 2017 I have upgraded from Vodacom Online. Until today, the 12 of September 2017 I haven't receive my parcel.... Everytime with the same excuse... Vodacom provide them with the wrong phone number... So at first I accused Vodacom, because the first time Ram send the parcel back to the warehouse and I should cancel the order and did the upgrade from the very beginning.... So we did that. No the EXACT same happen. Vodacom only have ONE number from me on their system.. I phoned RAM COURIERS 5 Times now to update my contact number and Vodacom phoned them 2 times. It still isn't done! It's almost 4 weeks just to receive my parcel. Please do something about this!
Good day On the 26th of August 2017 I phone Vodacom for an upgrade (It was a Saturday morning). Everything went well and they said I can expect my phone in the coming week. On Wednesday, 30 August, I received an email from Ram Couriers that my parcel has been dispatched and that I can expect it. So Friday 1 September come and I haven't received anything yet. I decided to phone Ram Couriers and they said they try to deliver it 3 times and it was unsuccessful. But NO ONE phoned me?!! They confirm the cellphone number and it wasn't the correct number. Vodacom provide the incorrect information. So I give them the correct number but they DIDN'T update it. So on Monday 3 September I phone RAM again and it wasn't updated.... And then they decided to send the parcel back to Vodacom warehouse. So now I still sit with a broken phone... My touch screen doesn't work and I am a teacher who must communicate with my students and parents.... I phoned Vodacom to solve this matter, and they just told me they can't do anything at this stage. From both companies it is unacceptable or me. I am more than 20 years with Vodacom and this is the kind of service they give me. I can't even talk to the manager!! This is almost 2 weeks now and now they said I must wait another 2 weeks. And from the couriers side, why on earth would they go all the way to Bela-Bela when they don't know where I live? Or couldn't find me. If they would have just ask someone - they would give them my number because almost everyone know me! Or they could just phone Vodacom. I am sorry but this is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! I have a music school and my students wanted some new backtracks. So I saw this advert on Facebook and have a long discussion with this guy. I confirm all the backtracks I wanted to order with him and make the payment into his bank account. I have ordered 20 backtracks and only received two backtracks until today. Everyday I ask him and he said he will send them. But until today I haven't receive anything. It is also the parents who pay for the tracks and now I must explain to them... Please help!
