I tried to making a flight booking with a credit card this morning and kept getting an error message. I contacted the call centre and got through to Sinakho Mketo. He asked me to mail the error message to him and he immediately called me back and did the booking for me over the phone. Kulula has a gem in Sinakho. He gives excellent service and has a wonderful telephone manner. He is a keeper!
After having a truck reserved into my vehicle in November 2015 I reported same to Santam. By January 2016 the repairs had not been authorised and the vehicle was giving me mechanical problems so I made the decision to sell the vehicle. I informed Santam who paid me out the claim less the excess claiming that they had to recover same from the company that owned the truck that caused the accident. Now 5 months down the line I am still waiting for the excess to be paid out to me only to be advised by my broker yesterday that Santam has been trying to contact a \lady\" to recover the excess. I want my excess paid out now. "
I booked Arno Southey for DJ services for my daughter's birthday party in August 2015. I paid the deposit and I confirmed with him on the morning of the party that he would be there the afternoon which he confirmed. He however did not arrive and I was forced to get someone else in to DJ for my daughter. I want my money back that paid as well as the money it cost me to get another company to assist.
For the second time in two years I have ordered a birthday cake for my son. Last year for his 4th birthday and this year his 5th. Both times we requested a chocolate sponge cake and both times we have received vanilla sponge. The problem is that you cannot return the cake since you collect the cake on the day of the birthday and there is no way I am taking my child's cake away from him. The disappointment on his face when its not chocolate, as ordered, is devastating, to say the least. We make sure when ordering that they write in the book \CHOCOLATE"but clearly someone at Checkers either is illiterate or just plaiin incompetent. I am disgusted with the service and its last time I will ever order a birthday cake through Checkers again."""
More then 3 weeks ago we purchased a 12 pack of Castle Lite. In the middle of the packet was an semi-sealed empty beer. We reported this to SAB on 2 occasions and yet still no-one has made contact us with. We have even kept the bottle as evidence.
I've been a long time client of [URL Removed] and up until now have had no problems with the service. I bought a [URL Removed] voucher and paid via EFT from STD Bank to their STD Bank account [URL Removed] is actually loaded as a business beneficiary with STD Bank). The monies have still not be credited to my purchase and therefore the voucher not released - the birthday of person for whom the voucher was purchased has now come and gone. E-mails go unanswered so I called this morning only to be told it takes 2 - 5 working days for payments to reflect in their bank account. Seriously, in what day and age does a payment from and to the same bank take so long to reflect. From now on I will rather shop with [URL Removed] competitors.
