After 15 years being a customer. They send me the wrong device Then debit my account Then tell me to calm down with no resolution
If I could give them zero I would. This insurer has ****med me from 50percent of my fire claim and after two months still. Has not paid. If I could afford legal fees I would even sue

Logged a complaint to remove myself from debit order. Was contacted by an agent. Still processing debit order with the wrong bank details. Resulting in failed collections, affecting my credit rating for a poorly run service provider. Please allow me out of this ridiculous contract.

No communication regarding my Superfund clsim and trf to Sanlam 6 weeks no feedback
The billings never stop and theres zero communication. After getting my account up to date because of returned debits due to them having captured my account details incorrectly, i requested to be removed from the debit order and pay them eft. They said it would be done when account is up to date, makes no sense when they have the wrong bamk account. So my credit looks poor for this account. I got it squared up. Only to have them bill me for 19 extra call outs due to the battery dying during loadshedding prompting them to come Unacceptable. I cant answer every call while at work if hku call every two minutes in a 2 hour loadshedding
I am utterly disappointed in the way my complaint was handled by the customer call centre. I ordered a pizza 18h30 last Thursday for dinner. I was contacted by the brancb that there is a delay and asked if i cohls collect. I declined and said i am happy to wait an extra 30 minutes. 3h30 hours later and no delivery i got in the car to get the pizza. My kids had fallen asleep waiting inevitability on an empty tummy. The restaurant apologized and so did the call centre. That's it. No attempt to show the customer they can do bettee. No offer of redoinng my pizza, delivering a warm and tasty pizza on time.
I am trying to get a paid up letter and keep getting redirected to other sources. Bottom line is I still have not received it.
