We had the privilege to chat with Georgiana today. I say privilege because not only was she knowledgeable, but amazingly helpful and polite. It was awesome to be assisted by Georgiana AND our problem was resolved as well!!!!! Well done Georgiana. After getting bad service so many times I was pleasantly surprised!!!! Keep up the good work Georgiana and Playstation Support&Help!!!!!!
My review is about Takealot Delivery. Bad news if u in a "out of city" area. But I know we stay in a "out of city" area,so I actually expect to wait a couple of days longer for delivery and also this is not the first time that we ordered from Takealot and I didn't have any problems before!?!???So what could be the reason for delivery being a problem all of a sudden. I placed my orders before 10am the 9th of November. I got a confirmation email saying delivery will be done within 3-5 days and estimated date of delivery is 14 November. I was excited when I received a message that delivery will be done tomorrow the 14th of November. Next day another sms confirming delivery will be done between 8am and 5pm. I waited the whole day, after 6pm phoned. I missed his call cause I was outside waiting because it was already after 5pm. The moment I saw the call on Truecaller I returned the call. He asked me "What happened to u?" I said I am at home waiting for u to deliver the parcel. He said there is a problem with your address. I said I can u the address. He asked if he may bring the package the next morning, because he is in Randfontein. I said it is okay. Next day Judian D phoned me explaining they need additional mobile number. I asked him what is happening, because it is not the first time I ordered from Takealot and all of a sudden there is problems with my address and mobile number. He he will confirm address and mobile number with the branch and schedule another date for delivery. I received a email from him saying relevant information has been emailed to the branch, I emailed him and couple of times for the delivery date,then attempted to reschedule delivery date,then I dailed the number on Truecaller and chatted to Sasha.D. She emmediately apologized and scheduled delivery date for Friday 17 November. Couple of minutes later Melissa W phoned me,also apologized andattempted to schedule same day delivery,but had to schedule for the next day,Friday the 17th. BUT I was happy to wait. Now today I was happy,posting reviews thanking the ladies for their excellent customer service. But at 13:13 I received a sms from Takelot rescheduling delivery to Monday 20 November. Once again the reason for rescheduling didn't make sense. " Parcel arrived at incorrect courier facility. We're rerouting it. Delivery will be rescheduled." I phoned. Sasha was busy on another call and returned my call promptly. I asked her how is it possible that there is a problem with the parcel. She said actually they didn't have a driver to deliver my parcel. Her customer service is excellent. I don't have a problem with her at all. But what I would like to know is: How is it possible that 2 consultants can confirm a delivery and then all of a sudden someone else can change it with whatever the reason is????? It is very very frustrating!!!! Is it because it is Friday and out of city is to far or maybe because I complained?????

I searched for a Nacon PS4 Revolut Unlimited Pro Controller and found this amazing prize R1 940,00 at Sound Experience. Of course I first read the reviews on their website and phoned them to confirm that the product was still available at that amazing price. It was. I immediately paid and ordered the Controller and immediately received a email from Sound Experience Online Store confirming the order and confirming it is being processed. Also Mr Robert McGill saying if I experience any problems with the order I should contact him. Delivery will be done within 3-5 days. On the 3rd day we were already looking for the courier. However on Friday still not but emails from courier company. Friday 17/09/2021 13:19 I sent my 1st email to Mr Robert McGill complaining that we have not received anything. At 14:53 M Tebogo phoned apologizing for the delay and explained they contacted the courier company and we will receive Controller on Friday. Much later we phoned the courier service and learned it will only be delivered on Monday. On Saturday 18/09/2021 12:55 I again sent an email to Mr Robert McGill about the situation. Sunday morning 7:55 I received a call from Ceaser Fastway Couries confirming delivery of the Controller. We received the Controller 19/09/2021 11:04. I would like to thank Mr Robert McGill (Sound Experience Entertainment) for excellent customer service. I will definitely do online shopping with Sound Experience in the future.
