Service excellence! My boss wanted to place an order, I registered, selected and paid and the next morning received confirmation that the order had been shipped. That's the kind of service I want. Well done!

Non Stop SPAM negates the product/prices/service
Products, prices and turnaround times are brilliant. But the relentless, incessant and unsolicited marketing mails are driving me crazy. Its absolutely ridiculous and shows a complete disrespect for the customer... All the great work undone because you feel you have to SPAM customers... make it stop or I will

Getwine failing to remove contact detail from their database despite numerous requests
Some time back I decided I did not want to get messages from Getwine about their specials. Their SMS messages do not have the legally required unsubscribe link, so I asked nicely to be removed. I had a very nice lady tell me that I would be removed. That did not happen. I tried again. No change. Now 10 messages later I am considering taking legal action against them The take away? Don't give them your contact details they won't delete them when you request them to and they don't have an unsubscribe link on their SMS messages

Getwine Is The Best Online Wine Purchase Platform!
What a good online purchase experience! I recently decided to buy wine online where I can get great deals on various wines delivered to my door. Initially, I was hesitant as I am not always at home but also need to go to the office from time to time. I placed my order early on Friday morning and forgot to ask when I would receive my order. I assumed it would be delivered on Monday, but much to my amazement I received an SMS informing me that my order was out for delivery. I received it later that afternoon. I also chatted with a lady live on their site and asked questions about the delivery - how convenient. I have since placed another order and received the same prompt service. p.s. The winegums were a nice touch guys!!!

When I enquired about this, the team at Getwine insured that I receive my order that same afternoon, in time for the event. Service beyond the call of duty - especially Tyrone who delivered in the pouring rain. Much appreciated.
