What a good online purchase experience! I recently decided to buy wine online where I can get great deals on various wines delivered to my door. Initially, I was hesitant as I am not always at home but also need to go to the office from time to time. I placed my order early on Friday morning and forgot to ask when I would receive my order. I assumed it would be delivered on Monday, but much to my amazement I received an SMS informing me that my order was out for delivery. I received it later that afternoon. I also chatted with a lady live on their site and asked questions about the delivery - how convenient. I have since placed another order and received the same prompt service. p.s.
