What a good online purchase experience! I recently decided to buy wine online where I can get great deals on various wines delivered to my door. Initially, I was hesitant as I am not always at home but also need to go to the office from time to time. I placed my order early on Friday morning and forgot to ask when I would receive my order. I assumed it would be delivered on Monday, but much to my amazement I received an SMS informing me that my order was out for delivery. I received it later that afternoon. I also chatted with a lady live on their site and asked questions about the delivery - how convenient. I have since placed another order and received the same prompt service. p.s. The winegums were a nice touch guys!!!
I am so frustrated. I placed my order on the 9th of March 2024 and spent about R4000 worth of clothing online and entered my cellphone number incorrectly by one digit. I tried to correct it and to no avail. I am finding it impossible to make contact with anyone to assist me. I can see that the clothes have arrived at customs but obviously, I am not getting the notification SMS to pay the customs duty. I cannot get hold of anyone either on the Buffalo website or Amarex to assist me. I only get the Chat Bot functionality with no appropriate selection. What next.
I purchased a hanging chair from this father and daughter team , Louis and Chanell, in Tygervalley. I paid in full and was assured that they would deliver the 24th of December. I contacted them on the 27th and Chanell told me that the chair was not yet finished and they would deliver the week after - needless to say no phone call and the number is now out of service. I checked HelloPeter and is very shocked at the reports. The sad reality is that a father is not much of a role model and I hope that Chanell does not turn out the same.
