I’ve been a loyal GHD user I have the hairdryers, brushes, everything but I’m very disappointed. My previous GHD broke down in the middle of last year, and when I got my invoice this weekend, I realized the warranty had already expired. Now my current GHD styler has also stopped working. Both times, I barely used the products, and when I contacted GHD, I couldn’t get any help.
I don’t recommend buying a GHD if this is what to expect having to replace products that hardly get used is frustrating. If nothing is done, I’ll have to find another brand that actually stands behind its products.
I really hope GHD will step in and repair or replace my styler, to show they value loyal customers like me.
