I’ve been a loyal GHD user I have the hairdryers, brushes, everything but I’m very disappointed. My previous GHD broke down in the middle of last year, and when I got my invoice this weekend, I realized the warranty had already expired. Now my current GHD styler has also stopped working. Both times, I barely used the products, and when I contacted GHD, I couldn’t get any help. I don’t recommend buying a GHD if this is what to expect having to replace products that hardly get used is frustrating. If nothing is done, I’ll have to find another brand that actually stands behind its products. I really hope GHD will step in and repair or replace my styler, to show they value loyal customers like me.

This hasn’t been your standard transfer, but Me Gouws has handled every challenge with ease with his knowledge and expertise. He worked some serious magic getting an addendum signed, something I thought would be nearly impossible! He’s always available on WhatsApp for any questions, and he makes me feel so comfortable reaching out. Also a big shout-out to his amazing assistant, Annerie, who sends her emails like clockwork every morning—better than any morning alarm! She’s been on top of every detail and has done everything to keep the process running smoothly. Between the two of them, I feel like I’m in excellent hands.
