Urgent: Inquiry About Missing Order and Request for a refund. I am writing to urgently address an issue with my recent order that I placed on the 27th of November. I received confirmation that my purchase was received and that the parcel was dispatched on the 1st of December. However, to date, I have not received any waybill number, and the parcel has not arrived.

I have made several attempts to contact both your customer service team and the courier company, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance. This delay is causing significant frustration, and I am now requesting either an immediate update on the delivery or a full refund of my purchase.
I will have to open and report a case of theft to the police and the bank should I not receive an answer/ refund today. As this is really starting to look like I was ****med by GHD.
Please prioritize this matter and let me know the next steps to resolve it as quickly as possible. I appreciate your immediate attention to this issue.
