Urgent: Inquiry About Missing Order and Request for a refund. I am writing to urgently address an issue with my recent order that I placed on the 27th of November. I received confirmation that my purchase was received and that the parcel was dispatched on the 1st of December. However, to date, I have not received any waybill number, and the parcel has not arrived. This is all I have received: YOUR ORDER: ********* Ordered on 2025-11-27 You can track your order online using this code: x̌********* I have made several attempts to contact both your customer service team and the courier company, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance. This delay is causing significant frustration, and I am now requesting either an immediate update on the delivery or a full refund of my purchase. I will have to open and report a case of theft to the police and the bank should I not receive an answer/ refund today. As this is really starting to look like I was ****med by GHD. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Makro and buying something online. I have spent R11 000 on a treadmill that has still not been delivered to me. I have made so many calls to the call centre. Ref (3284947) no one can tell me when it will arrive or just call me back. I am currently on the line with Lerato from the call centre, she is laughing while I express to her how irritated I am that no one bothers to call me back or give me feedback, I am holding now for 30 min for her supervisor to speak to me..STILL HOLDING. She thinks it is a big joke. Not to mention the person I spoke to before this just put the phone down. When will this be delivered to me or when will I get my money back at least then?
I went to upgrade my phone to Samsung S7. They promised me a a wireless charger, i even have the receipt saying that i am getting one. I have been waiting 2 weeks. I have phoned the Vodacom shop, and they informed me that they still do not have wireless chargers and they do not know when they will have. They do not have any answers. This is not acceptable. As a client of Vodacom for many years now, I am very unhappy with this. I also could not get my headgear after Julian a sales person at Vodacom Jacaranda assured me that I will receive it, only to find out after I have signed that I can not receive one. This is very unprofessional to promise clients all these things and you can not deliver. I am very unhappy with this, and feel i at least want my wireless charger that was promised to me.
