I bought 5 packs of Popcorn from Giant Hyper Capegate that had mite inside it. I took it back after noticing it about 2 or 3 weeks after. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and out came Abduragman Kazie. While I was still explaining my situation he just rudely stopped my in the middle of my sentence and told me that he is talking now. Giant Hyper, how on earth you made someone like Abduragman, a supervisor that deal with customers in that way is really questionable . Abduragman Kazie should never get close to any customer, not even mentioning "resolving" issues. Thankfully ALL of our other products like flour and pastas is in plastic containers, or it could have spread. I didn't even know Popcorn can also get mite. We "are" now customer of Giant Hyper from the day they had their grand opening. I really hope 5 packs of popcorn was worth loosing a customer for life.
