Totally lack of customers service .

I bought Popcorn from the local store GiantHyper that had mite inside it. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and out came Abduragman Kazie. While I was still explaining my situation he just rudely stopped my in the middle of my sentence and told me that he is talking now. Abduragman, how on earth you became a supervisor that deal with customers in that way is mindboggling. You should never get close to any customer, not even mentioning "resolving" issues.
