GIB INSURANCE BROKERS SLOW TURN AROUND TIME PROCESSING CLAIMS

I have a provident fund claim that's currently with GIB and its been weeks now without it being finalized. Every time I call I am being taken from pillar to post, I had a two pot application and only after waiting for 8 weeks I was told that the two pot has been cancelled because I resigned from my previous company and had to withdraw. So now with my two pot cancelled the delay is now with getting a tax directive for my withdrawal to be paid, this has became a frustrating experience that is unacceptable.
