Complaint against the online support team.
The Course content is excellent and so is the Lecturer, however, the course co-ordinator was non-responsive to emails or calls. The online site is difficult to navigate and assistance was lagging.

I have been contacted by Mr Guthrie Garnham ( Academics Operations Manager ) and Mr Paul Lensen ( Chief Development Officer }. Both of these gentlemen have apologised and promised to take my comments under advi*****t and use them to better the online study experience for future learners. They have also compensated me and will ensure that any future studies that is undertaken with them will be monitored by the course co-ordinator and feedback will be provided. I am pleased with their efforts in resolving this issue.
