Gibs destroys young people
Gibs, is the worse employer in South Africa, and destroys lives of young black South African employed as interns, and there is a lady who’s a programme director who is untouchable and destroys lives of young lives and Department of Education and University of Pretoria seems to be Unable to deal with the vagrant attitude of the select group which destroys lives of young black.

08 Jan 2025, 17:10It's a cliche that Gibs foster fairness, whilst, in one year alone, one Programme Assistant has resulted in the dismissal of 3 young black Juniors and interns because that programme assistant is untouchable and even dares to take on the said Dean of Gibs. Of course, HR was part and parcel of those actions, and here you are saying you treat them with dignity. However, I will take up these cases to ensure justice for these young blacks you are destroying. However, in the meantime, I will work tirelessly within my delegated powers to ensure that the CETA and Gibs programme will not continue under the banner of Gibs, a partnership between cidb and Enterprises UP. I will also ensure they would be effectively cancelled, engagements between the cidb on the Management Development programme will ceas, and no future engagement will ever ensue. Partnership and talks between UP and cidb on the National Contractors Development Programmes, as well as the Construction Chair, will never continu.e, and the future and the contract between Enterprises UP and the cidb will be curtailed to the minimum contracted outputs and post the enforceability of the contract no further engagement will ever occurred between cidb/ CETA and UP/Gibs/Enteprises UP.
