Gibs, is the worse employer in South Africa, and destroys lives of young black South African employed as interns, and there is a lady who’s a programme director who is untouchable and destroys lives of young lives and Department of Education and University of Pretoria seems to be Unable to deal with the vagrant attitude of the select group which destroys lives of young black.

Worse experience ever, I will never ever take Greyhound in my life, booked a trip in so called Dreamliner and the state of the bus was nothing but a dream rather a nightmare, and the was jiggle as it drive, Greyhound is a messed up institution and actually no one must ever use them. They take customers for granted...imagine a trip an unpleasant trip from Cape Town to Johannesburg

Registering my utmost disappointment to horrible service I received on my trip to Lanseria I was booked on a 8.50 flight to Lanseria from Cape Town, I got to the check in count at about 8.12 and was assisted by Phumelela who was helpful and told me my ticket was not marching and directed me to ticket sales where I got there and found a woman of Indian origin, she was not wearing her name tag and as was in a rush told her my flight was about to leave if she could assist me and she just looked at me for a good 10 minutes and a flight porter was sent to assist me and she continued to ignore us until 8.30 and told me and the porter my ticket had too many segment and couldn't be helped and left me at that, I then phone my travel agency being TWF at 8.37, when she was speaking to them instead lied that I was late for checking in, I cleared by directing them to speak to Phumelele. She was extremely rude and arrogant, worse service ever. Further as she was on a mission to sort me out she refused to change my flight to the next flight at 11.20 and say say she didn't have space only available space was at 8.00pm I was booked on YClass, i was forced book a ticket on 11.20 and got a space.
Sometime in 2012, I took a sum of R100,000 from capitec, and been servicing since and on 27/07/2015 I called Capitec bank online and was given a settlement figure but was advised to go to branch, to be able to confirm it, on 29/07/15 I took leave and went to the Capitec Bank Randburg Square and was issued a settlement letter quoting an amount payable of R22673 and advised it was valid for 7 days, and on the 4/08/15 which was the 6 day I realized I misplaced the letter issued and took leave went to 14 Avenue branch, when to my dismay was told the settlement is R23116 which is almost R600 more than what was confirmed, in querying this was send from pile to post, eventually directed to Randburg as they might have a copy, which they didn't, and called call centre who also seemed clueless and no standard operating process as they were busy telling me the letter is valid for 5 days contradicting their branches, it a waste of time and cheating at it best, scrupulous operation and worse when asked if their system cant given at least a copy was told their system doesn't have audit trail. Their call centre agents are rude and cruel.
