If you're after succulent burgers or ribs or the biggest selection of milk shakes in the country, then you can't go wrong by visiting Gibsons at the V & A Waterfront.

It is such a pity that its sister restaurant Balduccis is no longer with us but, hopefully, Gibsons will be around for many years to come. It certainly deserves to be.

You can't beat Gibsons for its succulent burgers and for ribs that literally fall off the bone. To top it all, the service is superb and the location unbeatable.
