Very disheartened by the service recieved from gift lady. I ordered a basket of flowers for my Mum's birthday as I reside in a different city and could not be there on this auspicious day. Delivery was delayed after I emailed them they stated that the driver was at the residence but no one came out to accept the delivery, this is untrue. Delivered flowers are in no way similar to the advertised image on their website. Basket appears to be larger that the actual flowers. Totally different basket and arrangement was sent. Website depicts and mentions pink and purple lilies and chrysanthemums however these are not present in the bouquet. This is false advertising!. My Mum sent me a photo of the boutique the next day, I was humiliated to have sent her those embarrassing flowers as they are all brown and wiltered although the flowers were kept away from direct sunlight and ice cubes were used to preserve the flowers. I emailed the gift lady to inform them of my dissatisfaction as the ordered bouquet was expensive, I was told that the florist had no stock of lilies and chrysanthemums, bear in mind that the order was placed 5 days in advance and these flowers are currently in season. Company refuses to acknowledge the poor customer service rendered.
