I ordered dried kiwi, strawberries and ****** fruit pieces from Manolis Munchies located in Durban. I was pleasantly surprised that the dried fruit was delivered to me in Port Elizabeth within 3 days. The quality and taste of the fruit is incredible. Will definitely purchase more goods from Manolis Munchies. # Blackfriday
Flexi club is an utter disappointment. My family checked into Bushmans Nek in Drakensberg Mountain in Aug 2024 for a long weekend. The resort unfortunately was destroyed by a massive veldfire during their first night. My family thankfully managed to get out of the resort by the grace of God and with the help of family members from KZN. They endured minor injuries and burns and are still highly traumitiqsed to this day. The sequence of events that occurred on that day in question is appalling. The resort failed to sound a siren or telephonically call the units to warn residence of the fire. There were no water sprinklers in wooden cabins which are prone to fire. An employee failed to allow my sister to touch the first aid kit to tend to my Mum's leg injury. An employee also chose to store the fire blanket in the bag rather than allow my one year old nephew to be protected. The resort has failed dismally. The fire department was also not on the scene as soon as expected. Three of our vehicles, laptops, tablets, jewellery, handbags, clothing, groceries and other priceless valuables were all destroyed beyond recognition during the blazing fire. After months of waiting on a response regarding some sort of financial remerbi*****t, Bushman’s Nek and Flexi Club have provided us with final correspondence that all of our claims and the claims of the other residents at the time were all denied. The devastating fire is apparently deemed an act of God and therefore the resort and company is not liable for loss of our personal property. So please be aware that if any of Flexi clubs resorts are faced with similar events during your stay, loss of property and your emotional trauma is not Flexi Clubs responsibility. You will not be remerbi*****t a cent for loss of your private property. Flexi Club truly believes in "enter at your own risk".
Very disheartened by the service recieved from gift lady. I ordered a basket of flowers for my Mum's birthday as I reside in a different city and could not be there on this auspicious day. Delivery was delayed after I emailed them they stated that the driver was at the residence but no one came out to accept the delivery, this is untrue. Delivered flowers are in no way similar to the advertised image on their website. Basket appears to be larger that the actual flowers. Totally different basket and arrangement was sent. Website depicts and mentions pink and purple lilies and chrysanthemums however these are not present in the bouquet. This is false advertising!. My Mum sent me a photo of the boutique the next day, I was humiliated to have sent her those embarrassing flowers as they are all brown and wiltered although the flowers were kept away from direct sunlight and ice cubes were used to preserve the flowers. I emailed the gift lady to inform them of my dissatisfaction as the ordered bouquet was expensive, I was told that the florist had no stock of lilies and chrysanthemums, bear in mind that the order was placed 5 days in advance and these flowers are currently in season. Company refuses to acknowledge the poor customer service rendered.
I purchased an outfit from Sareeka.com two weeks ago. I am highly impressed that the outfit was courier to South Africa within the estimated delivery time, without having to pay a custom fee. The appearance of the outfit corresponds with the advised images on Sareeka.com website. The quality of the outfit is perfect and has exceeded my expectation. Thank you Sareeka for your excellent service.
Ordered Margarita and Tikka chicken pizzas from San Fernandos, we were highly dissatisfied. Margarita pizza had zero taste and Tikka chicken pizza was filled with Tikka sauce and 1 piece of chicken per slice. This standard from a well. Please do better!
I placed an cake order for delivery with netflorist for mothers day. The company failed to inform me that the order will not be delivered on the accepted day. I tracked my order yesterday and the status was " order is being prepared " and this morning "order out for delivery".When I queried my order today, they apologized and said that they had stock issues. They later said that they could not deliver the cake without damaging it. Did they not think about this before advertising and accepting payment. The only compensation that they offered was a refund. Netflorist's service is pathetic, will not be using them anymore.
