Money taken for products not provided

Giga Appliance services has taken my money. They did partial work and scope was much larger than what was delivered. I have pre-paid them for a Circuit breaker, 3 CBI earth leakages, Distribution box and a surge protector. Paid them an amount and paid R4410 for what was not delivered/provided. They said that they cannot proceed to do the work and said that they would pay the money back. They have **** to me countless times about why they cannot do the work and have made no attempt to pay me back even though we suggested payment milestones. They have blocked me on Whatsapp when I respectfully asked them when I can expect the money to be repaid, they also do not answer my phone calls.

I would say to anyone considering to use them to think twice before paying any money to them in advance.
