Giga Appliance services has taken my money. They did partial work and scope was much larger than what was delivered. I have pre-paid them for a Circuit breaker, 3 CBI earth leakages, Distribution box and a surge protector. Paid them an amount and paid R4410 for what was not delivered/provided. They said that they cannot proceed to do the work and said that they would pay the money back. They have **** to me countless times about why they cannot do the work and have made no attempt to pay me back even though we suggested payment milestones. They have blocked me on Whatsapp when I respectfully asked them when I can expect the money to be repaid, they also do not answer my phone calls. I would say to anyone considering to use them to think twice before paying any money to them in advance.
I wanted to switch to Vodacom from Cell C, The Cell C contract was a month to month and I gave them notice. I wanted to keep my number and go over to Vodacom. I applied online for the Vodacom contract, thinking that I can move my number over to Vodacom. I went to Vodacom shop and they said It is not possible to move my number on my current contract because the contract was taken out with a new number. I need to cancel my contract, then Port my number, pay early cancellation costs and then open a new contract... This should surely not be the only way? I cannot lose my number, I have emailed customer services, and not received any feedback on this.
Cannot get into touch with someone to set up an account. I need to be able to pull an e-statement for my home loan, I tried contacting Nedbank from their website for a week now, and no result The automatic response says that Nedbank will contact me, but this has not happened yet.

FNB has frozen my account today without giving me notification.<br> After having lunch I find out that FNB froze my account. Now I can not leave the restaurant without leaving my drivers licence behind and I can not drive without a licence.<br> FNB Northgate does not offer any assistance for my situation.<br> This is not what I expect from FNB and to think I always used to tell people to switch...<br> Im not a happy customer!!!
