Great Service with warranty Claim for MTB
Hatfield cycles rebuilt my Silverback after I had a warranty caim on the frame.<br> <br> Hatfield cycles cleaned my bike very nicely and serviced it. They did not charge extra for the service and it feels like I have a brand new bike.<br> <br> Thank you Hatfield Cycles, I will see you again!

Fixing kid's bike immediately AND for free
The chain of my 5-year old son's bicycle came off, I couldn't fix it. He rides this bike EVERY day. I took it to two bicycle shops in the east of Pretoria, both well known in the cycling world. Both said they cannot help, they only work on high end racing cycles. Our last hope was Hatfield Cycles, Lynnwood/Brooklyn area, Pretoria. The young man who greeted us at the door, immediately fixed the bike, right there on the shop floor. When I offered to pay him, he refused any payment, saying it cost him nothing and the gratitude my son showed, was worth his effort. This shop is worth supporting!
