These guys have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
Their response time is slow. The WhatsApp line is useless. The call center is even worse you will wait for a representative until your airtime runs out.
When you eventually get a response it's a generic blanket response. No commitment of any kind to fixing the issue you are experiencing.
Since MyOwn ISP transferred customers to Gigawave, it's been a struggle. When there is downtime there is serious downtime. Iyoh!
I cannot wait for my 24 months to end.
it has been almost 20h without internet, they have sent no communication to customers and they have no idea which areas are affected or when they will have it resolved.
They keep blaming metro fibre for some outage. Then again, this South Africa companies are never held accountable for none delivery of service. The customers always suffer. We pay for services not rendered. When we refuse to pay for services not rendered we are handed over to collection agencies and our credit is ruined.
How do we blacklist companies for not rendering services? Asking for a friend.
