Good day I received a Gift Voucher from friends for my 60th birthday which was in March and then decided to use it in June / July this year. They were very polite and felt at home , during the treatment all seemed well and I was relaxed. When I got home my left Big toe was so sensitive and gave them the benefit of the doubt , however two weeks after that it was extremely painful. I contacted them and explained but gave me a very poor excuse and apologized There was NO refund or an offer to have another treatment which was poor customer service. The past month my right toe seemed to be sensitive so I removed the nail varnish they applied and to my disgust I found that my nail broke off and discovered that I have a fungal infection on that toe . This was the worst ever , I didn't complain as I did not succeed the first Time. Now I had them fixed by a Nail Tech and she was shocked with what she seen. It was a gift given from the heart and it was an absolute DISASTER. #UNHAPPYFIRSTTIMECLIENT
