Poor salesman behavior We were looking to purchase a Haval Joilion on Tuesday, and we decided to go to your Plum stead branch What a disaster, there were 8 salesman and NOT ONE approached me to assist. Disgusting, was I not dressed up enough or what could be the problem? Unprofessional and clearly, they were not interested in a sale. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I shall not return. Guess what a family member of mine had the same experience at this Branch? Is this a WHITES ONLY service? I guess you better PULL UP your socks as tis is very poor for the BRAND Your loss
Well I received a bill of June month last year when my hubby was diagnosed with Colon cancer. Somehow this bill landed in my email to my shock. I also know that there is a 3 months grace period but trusted that I will not be overlooked. Well you guys came through for me and it's so appreciated. Medical bills are humongous and unable to settle. Thanks so much
Good day A very big THANK YOU to Renaldo of NORTANS AUTO SERVICES in Retreat. They were very accommodating as we could not have our Van fixed on the scheduled time. We eventually had it fixed, and they did a phenomenal job Van looking brand new. Renaldo also went the extra mile by delivering the Van as I had no transport to collect. Good day I received a Gift Voucher from friends for my 60th birthday which was in March and then decided to use it in June / July this year. They were very polite and felt at home , during the treatment all seemed well and I was relaxed. When I got home my left Big toe was so sensitive and gave them the benefit of the doubt , however two weeks after that it was extremely painful. I contacted them and explained but gave me a very poor excuse and apologized There was NO refund or an offer to have another treatment which was poor customer service. The past month my right toe seemed to be sensitive so I removed the nail varnish they applied and to my disgust I found that my nail broke off and discovered that I have a fungal infection on that toe . This was the worst ever , I didn't complain as I did not succeed the first Time. Now I had them fixed by a Nail Tech and she was shocked with what she seen. It was a gift given from the heart and it was an absolute DISASTER. #UNHAPPYFIRSTTIMECLIENT

From the time he had engaged with me its was the most smoothest process I have ever experienced. This has been a very smooth and awesome experience with Getworth in Montague Gardens. I dealt with a young lady by the name of Jaydee Jansen from beginning to end. She had gone the extra mile to ensure that all our request was met. Besides all the request she did this with a smile and I received the best deal ever. I'm happy with my Ford Ranger loving the driving experience and this could not have been possible if it wasn't for get absolutely amazing customer service. Laundry gone horribly wrong I had given Nannucci my daughters wedding linens for cleaning. This I did a while ago as one needs to be proactive for a wedding. On collection I didn't check anything because I trusted the brand.( Plumstead ) The day before the wedding we opened the bags and to my disgust I found that they came back in worse state than when I handed them it. It was a true disappointment as we had to camouflage the linens so not to be embarrassed by our Guest. I immediately emailed the customer services email and had no response. I emailed again on the Monday and still no response. I then decided to call the following day and a message was taken. AS at today " Friday " still no response and then decided to call again " The head office" where I spoke to a Berenice. I was the told that I had 24 hours to complain" what the heck is that" I trusted the brand and to tell me that was unacceptable. I explained how the lines cane back and she had a nerve to tell me about what Irons they use " I don't care" its not my problem. Asked me if I emailed and I say " Yes " and then said Mr Roberts will ONLY respond to emails he " will not call you" who does that when you own a business? The customer is always right " that's their policy" So as I am writing this I am going to take the linens back to the Plumstead Branch to be cleaned. I will NOT pay for these to be cleaned , so Mr Roberts I am waiting on your call. #disgusted # disappointed # poorservice # dirtylinens
