It had been nearly 3months since I first handed in a tailored shirt for dry cleaning. Nannucci destroyed the shirt, with marks and faded colours all over. I returned the shirt, being promised the owners will contact me. After 4weeks I got hold of them, and informed the shirt has be well repaired and ready for weeks. Upon delivery absolutely no change, still destroyed. I returned the shirt, and now 4weeks later still no response on my shirt. An expensive tailored shirt was irreplaceably destroyed by Nannucci, and they ignore clients and give zero feedback. I guess it is a write off, not even knowing where my shirt is anymore. Incompetent owner with zero communication and accountability.

After collecting my curtains that were cleaned by Nannucci on opening the packet I found that one of the curtains was completely shreaded and beyond repair. I was asked to sign a disclaimer because the curtains looked delicate so Nannuccci take no responsibility. The damaged curtain is one of a pair one came back fine the other ruined. Nannucci claim it was sun damage. If this was the case then the other curtain would also have reacted in the same way. The fact that they were handed back to me without any explanation tells me that something went wrong. No apology just a reminder that you signed an indemnity

I wanted to find out about dry cleaning a blanket. I am also interested in finding out how the laundry service works, specifically self service vs serviced. The website is truly terrible. All the "click for more information" links direct you to gather all my personal details. All I want is to find out what your services are, how much they cost, how long it takes. All you want is to scrounge my personal details for the loyalty programme, as though that is your core business. If you seriously think I should "apply" with all my personal details before you can answer the simplest basic question then you're not getting my business at all. This level of website is ridiculous in this day and age. It certainly makes clear your priorities. I know I can expect everything to be at your convenience, not mine.

I am so upset by the lack of accountability by Nannucci. I took my favourite white blazer in to be dry cleaned (which it has been dry cleaned many times before) and it came back with the fabric bobbled, it now looks like it has black spots all over it, how this happened is beyond me. The company then sends a letter to me saying its the manufacturers fault and i should claim from them. It is not their fault, it is a dry clean only item and it has been dry cleaned in the past. The cheek of it all is that I did not even get refunded for the dry cleaning fee I paid.

Laundry gone horribly wrong I had given Nannucci my daughters wedding linens for cleaning. This I did a while ago as one needs to be proactive for a wedding. On collection I didn't check anything because I trusted the brand.( Plumstead ) The day before the wedding we opened the bags and to my disgust I found that they came back in worse state than when I handed them it. It was a true disappointment as we had to camouflage the linens so not to be embarrassed by our Guest. I immediately emailed the customer services email and had no response. I emailed again on the Monday and still no response. I then decided to call the following day and a message was taken. AS at today " Friday " still no response and then decided to call again " The head office" where I spoke to a Berenice. I was the told that I had 24 hours to complain" what the heck is that" I trusted the brand and to tell me that was unacceptable. I explained how the lines cane back and she had a nerve to tell me about what Irons they use " I don't care" its not my problem. Asked me if I emailed and I say " Yes " and then said Mr Roberts will ONLY respond to emails he " will not call you" who does that when you own a business? The customer is always right " that's their policy" So as I am writing this I am going to take the linens back to the Plumstead Branch to be cleaned. I will NOT pay for these to be cleaned , so Mr Roberts I am waiting on your call. #disgusted # disappointed # poorservice # dirtylinens

Good day<br> <br> I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with your service. I gave in shoes to be resoled only to have it returned a different colour. This company was also unable to identify that the shoes were not real leather and put a polish on the shoe which changed the colour completely. After many emails between myself and Mr Robert ( who is never in the office when i phone) this matter has still not been resolved after 4 weeks. This is an extremely bad company and I will never use their service again or recommend it to anyone.<br> <br> I would like to be refunded the money i paid to have the shoes messed up and reimbursed the money i bought the shoes for.<br> <br>
