I have complaint about this numerous time but Vodacom is not coming back to me. I have asked for the recording of my contract update agreement as Vodacom is not sticking to this contract. I was promised 1G of data and only receive 250MB a month. This is extremely unethical. i wanted to cancel my contract by vodacom agreed to match the contract from telkom that i was interested in. Now you are not keeping to the contract which is illegal. Please can someone from Vodacom contact me regarding this
When i was due for an upgrade with Vodacom i wanted to cancel my contract as another service provider offered a better deal. Vodacom then promised me that they will match that deal. After 6 months the 1G of data that i was promised was reduced to 250MD. After that they then allocated me 1G of data for 1 year. But now the problem i have is that my contract has not expired but i am receiving only 250MB of data. The agreement with my contract was 1G of data. I would like vodacom to reimburse me for the data have purchased the last few month as well as send me a copy of the phone call that i had with the agent promising me 1G of data. This is the 2nd time my contract is not as what has been promised to me and i wont upgrade my contract with Vodacom again.
Good day<br> <br> I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with your service. I gave in shoes to be resoled only to have it returned a different colour. This company was also unable to identify that the shoes were not real leather and put a polish on the shoe which changed the colour completely. After many emails between myself and Mr Robert ( who is never in the office when i phone) this matter has still not been resolved after 4 weeks. This is an extremely bad company and I will never use their service again or recommend it to anyone.<br> <br> I would like to be refunded the money i paid to have the shoes messed up and reimbursed the money i bought the shoes for.<br> <br>
HI There. ABSA sucks big time! I want to close my account bt 90min later I left there without it being closed. I stood in the client service queue for 55min only to get to the front to be told that i was in the wrong queue. I then went to the tellers. I was billed R148 for getting statement from by internet banking! R148!!!!! This is ridiculous. I then got a R52 interest cause my account went into arrears. Also another R98 for service fees that i never used.. ABSA is robbing people blindly. I then wanted to pay and just close my account only then to be notified that i cant pay with my new bank card and have to go draw cash!!!! After 90min speaking to the manager , 2 assistance this matter has not been resolved. I want my account to be closed asap!!!! As i want nothing to do with absa and its ridiculous charges.
