I love the gin and tonic premix, however the new packaging is so weak. I bought two of the four packs and put them in the Pick ‘n Pay bag. After driving for 30mins, two cans had holes and the plastic had gin. I was hurt

YOUR SERVICE & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THE WORST THAT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. AFTER BEING TREATED LIKE UTTER RUBBISH ON SATURDAY, YOU STILL THINK THAT IT IS OK. I CANT BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS! WITH THE CURRENT ECONOMIC SITUATION ONE WOULDVE THOUGHT THAT YOU WOULDVE TREATED PEOPLE BETTER??????? Very unimpressed with your head of marketing - could not even be held liable to the property destroyed by them, when asked if they would repair the damage, an arrogant "Nope" was replied.
