Absolutely disgusting service to say the least, can't even show up at the shop on time and wants to send a bill for doing absolutely nothing besides saying he can't fix the problem
Beware of Fraud, this company edits and sends false proof of payments of large amounts in hopes in obtaining your companies products.
I was hired to design & create content for Majenta Personnel - when they refused to pay their outstanding invoice - I suspended their accounts which is now leading them to try and scare me into releasing these unpaid for services with lawyers and "legal actions" which I think is personally quite ironic.
Was overcharged due to the fact that the owner refused to acknowledge the time I had actually spent at the guest house.
Very unimpressed with your head of marketing - could not even be held liable to the property destroyed by them, when asked if they would repair the damage, an arrogant "Nope" was replied.
After Adobe stole numerous unauthorized amounts from my account (which they refuse to compensate for) they refund me an amount much less than the original amounts of money that was stolen out of my account? And for such a large company, how could it be this hard to rectify a mistake like this properly? I had to wait over a week for less than a full refund with no compensation? I'm a bit shocked/digusted with the way this situation was handled.
So let's started at the beginning, I order a washing machine from your site. I'm notified that this will take 3 - 5 working days. I'm charged a delivery fee on checkout but then the site tells me delivery should have been free. (I've been told I'd receive a voucher for this on phone record and still have seen nothing of the sorts.) THEN... You take 21 days to deliver said washing machine due to numerous mistakes on Games side, apparently not being able to insert correct delivery details, even though I did enter them into my delivery. And THEN I have to see that said washing machine has a huge dent in the side of it? I've been on hold for 2 hours with customer service being transferred left right & centre because no one wants to do their job.
