If i could give 0 stars i would. I have a pending claim with my broker, instead of an outcome the broker tells me they suggest i get more quotes and submit a claim from my dents and scratch policy as the insurere will most likely to reject my claim. i asked my broker to send me the rejection letter so i can escalate the matter, instead i get an email requesting information i already advised i do not have. I dont have time for the back and forths, you have already advised me of your intention to reject, please send me the rejection letter so i can take the matter forward. It is that simple.
