I ordered some food items yesterday afternoon to be delivered to me between 3 and 4. At 4 i had nothing, went to bed nothing. Now i check the app and it was delivered but not to me. Disgusting
Dispicae sevice. I ordered and paid, delivery set for 15:00-16:00, and its now 18:04 and no delivery
My parcel has been out on delivery 3 times already yet never delivered to me. I am so upset, you call the centre, you hold on and dont get through bcoz of high call volumes. Like i said today is the third time i put my plans aside to wait for a delivery, today better be the last time.
I give Cielo 11/10. I ordered online and received my goodies, money well spent. The quality is out of this world, so was the service. I went back and ordered again, i cant wait for my second delivery
I suffered damages to my property over a year ago. I played my part in notifying the estate manager. Even then it took forever for someone to stop the water then assess my damages. To date my damages have not been repaired though my claim was settled by the insurer. No one seems to know about the settlement or the funds. Shocking
These guys are absolutely the best thing since the internet. Quick responses to queries and great customer service. I paid today and delivery was done same day. Ooh and the quality of their work, top notch. This is what i call World Class Service!! Give them a bells !!!!
The worst service ever. I submitted my script on the 21st July 2022 to date i have not received my medication and received 0 communication. Francinah is supposed to call me, only God knows when she will do that.
I sent an email on the 23 september requesting to cancel to date the card is still active instead i keep getting emails and sms’s staying my card is in arrears. Had the request been honoured in September, there wouldn't be arrears. I want the card cancelled, if this continues, i will take the matter further coz i have proof of the request sent in September.
Still no response to my previous review.
Someone committed fraud and signed a contract pretending to be me. When virgin active called me i told them i didnt sign a contract the lady i spoke to disregarded what i said to her. I wrote a review the same day i found out about this alleged contract and ever since no one has called me to apologise or given me feedback on the investigation. I will be taking the matter further virgin Active will be hearing from POPI FAIS and the ombud/osti, i will also be opening a saps case, i am not a game and will not be played by virgin active. You will tell me exactly when i signed that contract.
