Paid off loan, 2 months later and numerous attempts at contact, loan still shows on my credit report

I paid off my loan more than two months ago. The loan was handed over to them. I have contacted them numerous times over the last two months, even phoned. The loan still reflects on my credit profile as outstanding debt.

They harass you even when you have no money, and when you finally can pay, they take forever doing their part. I'm still waiting and my emails are being left unanswered.

They are serious about collecting money, but not about helping you
